JOYHOOKAH TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to JoyHookah. By placing an order with us, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. ORDER PAYMENT POLICY

Retail / Unit Orders

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
  • All retail and unit orders require 100% full payment before processing and shipment.
  • Orders will only be prepared and dispatched after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Wholesale Orders

For approved wholesale purchases, the following payment schedule applies:

  • 40% upfront deposit is required to confirm and begin processing your order.
  • 25% payment is required once tracking information has been issued.
  • 35% final payment is due upon delivery of the shipment.

Failure to complete payments according to the agreed schedule may result in delays, suspension, or cancellation of the order.

2. PAYMENT METHODS

Accepted Payment Methods

  • Bank Transfer
  • Cryptocurrency Payments (Bitcoin and other approved cryptocurrencies)
  • Other approved secure payment methods as agreed by both parties.

PayPal Policy

  • PayPal Goods & Services payments are not accepted.
  • Orders will only proceed after full payment confirmation has been received through approved payment channels.

Cryptocurrency Payments

  • For countries experiencing banking restrictions, international payment limitations, or compliance-related challenges, Bitcoin payments may be required as the preferred payment method to facilitate faster and more secure transactions.

3. PRODUCT PHOTOS AND VIDEOS

  • To protect our intellectual property rights, supplier relationships, and customer privacy, general warehouse photos and inventory videos are not provided upon request.
  • We only provide photos and videos of your specific order during the packaging process.
  • These photos and videos are shared exclusively with the purchasing customer for order verification purposes.

4. WAREHOUSE VISITS POLICY

  • For security, operational efficiency, and customer privacy reasons, visitors are not permitted access to our warehouses during active order processing.
  • Wholesale customers may request a warehouse visit only after placing a wholesale order and completing the required 40% deposit payment.
  • All visits are subject to prior approval and scheduling by JoyHookah management.

5. SHIPPING POLICY

  • Orders are dispatched from the warehouse location closest to the customer’s delivery address, subject to stock availability.
  • This approach helps reduce shipping times and improve delivery efficiency.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days after shipment confirmation.
  • Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance procedures, public holidays, weather conditions, or courier-related delays beyond our control.

Delivery Costs

  • JoyHookah subsidizes a significant portion of shipping expenses to help maintain competitive delivery rates for customers.
  • Applicable delivery charges, if any, will be communicated before order confirmation.

6. DAMAGED OR MISSING GOODS POLICY

Missing Goods

If any items are missing from your shipment:

  • Customers must notify JoyHookah within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Supporting evidence, including photographs and packaging details, may be requested.
  • Upon verification, JoyHookah will either:
    • Arrange a replacement shipment, or
    • Issue a full refund for the missing items.

Damaged Goods

If products arrive damaged:

  • Customers must report the issue within 48 hours of receipt.
  • Clear photographs and videos of the damaged goods and packaging must be provided.

Damaged products may need to be returned to our designated warehouse for inspection.

After verification, JoyHookah will either:

  • Issue a full refund for the affected items, or
  • Arrange a replacement shipment at no additional cost to the customer.

7. ORDER PROCESSING

  • Orders are processed only after all required payments have been successfully confirmed.
  • Processing times may vary depending on order volume and product availability.
  • JoyHookah reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders suspected of fraudulent activity.

8. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate shipping information.
  • Ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations regarding the importation of products into their country.
  • Being available to receive shipments when delivered by the courier service.

JoyHookah shall not be liable for delays or additional charges resulting from incorrect customer information or customs-related issues.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

JoyHookah shall not be held responsible for delays, losses, or damages arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Customs inspections or seizures.
  • Natural disasters.
  • Courier disruptions.
  • Government regulations or restrictions.
  • Force majeure events.

10. CHANGES TO TERMS & CONDITIONS

JoyHookah reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated versions will become effective immediately upon publication on our website or communication to customers.
